Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MomEthos, we sell digital products such as downloadable eBooks, guides, and resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via email or download link), it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for digital products.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

• Payment was deducted but the product was not delivered
• Duplicate payment was made for the same product
• Technical issue from our side preventing access to the product

In such cases, the user must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Processing

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on the bank/payment provider.
